How it is calculated
New average = cumulative cost / cumulative quantity.
Break-even = final average × (1 + round-trip fee % / 100).
Move to break even = (break-even / current − 1) × 100.
Distance to buy = (buy price / current − 1) × 100.
Example: position (1, 100), then buys (90, 1) and (80, 1) → average 95, then 90. At 0.1% round-trip fee, break-even = 90.09.
Notes
This models spot-style averaging of a single-direction position. Leverage, funding and partial take-profits change the outcome; the exchange's position panel is authoritative.
