WHAT YOU OWN
Real ownership.
What comes with it?
Your holdings carry economic interests in the underlying shares, including eligibility for dividends and supported corporate actions.
01 / DIVIDENDS
A share of company payouts.
If a company declares a dividend and your holdings qualify, you receive the payout, converted from USD to USDC.
US withholding tax applies at the statutory rate. Payment depends on the company's dividend terms and relevant eligibility dates.
02 / CORPORATE ACTIONS
Changes follow your shares.
Mandatory events, including stock splits, spin-offs and cash mergers, are processed automatically under the applicable event terms.
03 / FULLY FUNDED
You own what you buy.
There is no leverage, no margin call and no leveraged liquidation. You purchase shares using the funds available for the trade.
Share prices can still fall. No leverage does not remove investment risk.
04 / PHASED ROLLOUT
Some rights are still to come.
Shareholder voting and optional corporate events are not supported yet. These features are part of a phased rollout.

- 02 / BROKER
A licensed broker routes it
Bybit passes the order through its licensed broker entity.

The broker sends your order to Alpaca for execution.
- 04 / EXCHANGE
NASDAQ or NYSE

T+1 means one business day, not 24 hours. Weekends and US market holidays affect the settlement date.
